Some of the players later played Jersey Flegg (u20) that season and a handful managed to played in the 1st Division (these days the NSW Cup) as well.

Of course, many of the players in that 2002 SG Ball squad have gone onto play at the elite NRL level with Campbelltown junior, Ryan Hoffman going on to gain NSW and Australian rep honours.

The coach of the side was Peter Gentle who until recently was Wests Tigers assistant coach before heading off to coach in the English Super League. Also on the coaching staff is a magpie favourite, Ciriaco "Cherry" Mescia who was the strength/conditioning coach and later held similar roles at Wests Tigers & Sydney Roosters.
