NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Western Suburbs District Rugby League Football Club Limited ABN 86 737 410 058 will be held in the Wests Ashfield Leagues Club premises, 115 Liverpool Road, Ashfield NSW 2131 at 10:00am on Sunday 24 March 2013.

A. To receive and adopt the Annual Report for 2012.

B. To receive the financial report, Chairman’s report, General Managers report and auditors’ report for the financial year ending 31 October 2012. *

C. Nominations are called for the election of a Director, WSDRLFC Limited for a term of three years. Interested members should complete the attached nomination form and return it to Wests Magpies, PO Box 642 Liverpool NSW 1870 by the close of business on Friday 15 March 2013.

D. Any other general business which may be dealt with at the Annual General

Meeting.

*NOTE: Members who wish to raise any queries or seek information at the meeting about the financial report, chairman’s report and auditors’ report, are asked to submit queries or requests in writing, to Wests Magpies, PO Box 642 Liverpool NSW 1870 by the close on business on 15 March 2013. This will enable us to provide an informed response to those questions.

Hard copies of the 2013 Annual Report and the minutes of 2012 AGM will be available prior to the commencement of the 2013 AGM.
